From 6 to 20 November 2023, Conor will be at CERVO as a Travelling Yogi, offering lessons and activities to guests at Mountain Ashram Spa.
Conor, who completed his 500-hour YTT earlier this year, is passionate about helping people realise their greatest potential. His classes incorporate mobility and strength while improving balance and flexibility. He also places great emphasis on breath and meditation to guide you on your path.
After living in Australia for 10 years, Conor now lives back in his native Ireland while travelling as much as possible in Europe.
