From Thursday, 21 March to Thursday, 28 March 2024, Alina will stay at CERVO as a traveling yogi and offer lessons and activities to the guests of the Mountain Ashram Spa.
Alina found yoga early in life at the age of 17. It took many years before she finally arrived at the point, where she couldn’t live without practicing daily, and then it was a matter of time before she got her 500 RT in Hatha Vinyasa, as well as several qualifications in Ayurveda, courses in Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Therapy, and she still continues studying.
Her classes are rather demanding but spiced up with humor, Hindu myths, exact cues, and precise assistance - not only the muscles are comprehensively trained and the whole body relaxed, but also the mind is inspired.
