Since CeeYaa was 12 years old, he can be seen behind the turntables with great passion. It all started in his basement when his father showed him some of his old vinyl records. Somewhere between Pink Floyd and Tina Turner was a record by Carl Cox. The mix “Non-Stop - 98/01”. Enamoured by the electronic drum rhythms and melodies, his love for house music was born. He immediately began teaching himself the art of DJing. At the age of 14, after two years of learning, he started djing in front of an audience. That was the beginning. At the age of 16, he became resident DJ at the “Sypre Lounge/Club” in Zurich Affoltern. After a few bookings for the Swiss party label Hype-Events, he also became one of the most sought-after DJs for this party label.
